Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you. No hoops, no hard feelings.

Air Fryer Fit wants you to feel confident buying. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products.

1. How purchases are processed

Our products are sold and processed by Hotmart, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Hotmart in line with this policy and Hotmart's buyer terms.

2. How to request a refund

Within 7 days of your purchase, simply email us at support@airfryerfit.com with your order details, or use the support/refund link on your Hotmart order receipt. You don't need to give a reason. We aim to process eligible requests promptly.

3. What's covered

The 7-day guarantee applies to the main product and any add-ons (order bump, upsells, downsell) purchased in the same flow. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Hotmart.

4. Subscriptions (Recipe Club)

The Recipe Club is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time from your Hotmart buyer account, which stops all future renewals — no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing; the 7-day guarantee above applies to your first payment. Renewals already taken are generally non-refundable beyond the guarantee window, except where required by law.

5. After the guarantee window

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds after the 7-day window are at our discretion, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise — those rights are unaffected.
